We are a high end timber frame company. We were hired to install complicated timber and steel on a net zero house that Naikoon was building. I highly recommend these guys for any complicated, high end project. They were great to collaborate with and had a real attention to detail and teamwork.

Joe and his team have revolutionized the contracting industry. Make no mistake, they are pioneers. My wife and I were blessed to have the ability to design and build our dream home, but all I've known, and heard from first hand accounts from friends about the contracting industry is that contractors are slow, unreliable, untrustworthy, difficult to work with, and so on. Let me just tell you right now, Naikoon is the exact opposite. They have a high proficiency (and prioritize) project management, customer care, on top of the actual craft of building structures. Joe did his homework on what we wanted even before our very first consultation meeting and presented an incredible proposal..we were blown away by the kind of intentionality they put into what we wanted, and its that intent about what we want (not what they want), that cornerstoned the success of our dream home. The team finished our house in 11 months, and structurally it is top notch..and we had updates from the site managers every single day on an app, photos and videos included. My wife and I can't recommend them enough. To my knowledge, there is no one like them in the Lower Mainland. 10 stars out of 5.

We have just completed a modern home with Niakoon. The team where great to work with from start to finish. The workmanship was of the best standard and we were particularly impressed with the on-site supervision, problem solving on the go and level of understanding and engagement in the design concept and overall vision. We chose Naikoon to built our new home after interviewing other builders. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our decision. The team was helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. They have a great project planning, budgeting and construction management process. They use modelling and other communication applications which kept us updated on the daily progress and project timelines. The workflow internally at Naikoon is first class - from project management, subs and vendor sourcing and management, site management, billing and Post build Client Satisfaction- very well coordinated. Post construction- the Team was very helpful and responsive in any followups. Kudo's to everyone that worked on my home project!!! Our design team at Urban West Architecture worked closely with Naikoon Contracting on the design and construction of a complex custom single family residence located in North Vancouver. The residence received both Passive House and Net Zero Certification. Naikoon is one the best single family home builders that we have worked with over the past 20 years in the industry. Their team is professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of custom home design. As an Architect they made our job easier by collaborating with us during the design process and coming up with innovative solutions that met our design intent and satisfied the client’s objectives all while keeping a close eye on the project budget. We worked directly with senior project manager Simon Wong - he was resourceful, highly organised and a pleasure to work with.
