Picked up wood Saturday July 13th and not happy whatsoever. I was told to come back and we will have your order together within the hour. Picked up my order and had along way to go back home. As I’m unloading my 2x6 of all sizes, I came across at least 8 pieces that are of no use to me. They are so warped and shredded they are garbage. Now why would they even put those in an order when they were obviously so bad. I would advise a watchful eye as your order is loaded or order extra to make sure you have enough after throwing away the garbage wood for your project.

I came in to pick up an order online after receiving a text that it was ready.
The box was so battered and retaped back together I refused to buy it.
So I said I wanted to return it.
A young girl said I couldn’t and was very unhelpful almost as if I was bothering her!
Must be someone’s daughter to still have a job there!!!!
I had to get a refund online and send it back myself. I live 40 mins out of town…..
I went out to my car in the parking lot and it stated ‘ once the item has been delivered to the store, return there for refund.
So back in I went to get my refund and showed them what the site stated on my phone.
This all took quite awhile and I left feeling like I would never shop there again!

I love walking into a hello and how ya doin. This is definitely a place to stop if you're camping glamping home renovating or just need that one screw that certain size. Prices are reasonable and staff are in the know about the store layout

Item clearly marked for $13.99 when I got to the till I was told the item must have been tagged wrong because it was supposed to be $21.99. No where on the item did it have another price or specify an alternate price and the manager would not honor the price as was marked. Will shop elsewhere as I feel this is not good business. For the sake of a few dollars you just lost yourself a customer.
