I went in as a last ditch effort to solve my brake pads issue. The gentleman went above and beyond by actually bringing out a caliper and a set of brake pads and showed me how everything works for my specific vehicle.

I've visited this napa store quite a few times over the years but I've never had better service than I did here probably just over a month ago. As an older lady I'm used to being ignored in part stores or mechanic shops but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a woman who was eager to help me despite the store being extremely busy at the time. I never caught her name or the other friendly man at the desk but I will definitely be returning when I need something, Thank you napa
