Repost (they deleted my first). First of all, I didn't choose them but passed onto them. They didn't let me sign the engagement letter right away and they did my taxes and was shocked of the invoice when I received it, and then they let me sign the engagement letter. I am self-employed and nothing complicated, they changed my year end for their benefit (so they have to do the year end taxes) even it's 6 months away, which left me owing $$ to the CRA. I never had problem with my 2 previous accountants, just them. Not only that, high interest penalty charge even during COVID-19. If I only read the engagement letter from the beginning, then this wouldn't be the case. Too many overheads I observed too. Good luck.

Do Not Go Here!! Nothing but problems! My folks had to have there taxes redone by another firm, after paying twice the estimated amouthey charged me 2500 to put my stuff to simlply accounting, which 95% was already done, and then they never put the rest on. Still fighting with them. My opinion is run away from here!
