I find as i age i need to get regular massages. I still work a physical job and like lifting weights at the gym. I made an appointment with Nichole Cunningham to give me a full body massage, she was professional and goes through all the steps ahead of time of what she will be doing and the techniques she will be performing to make sure its a great experience.. She is amazing as I felt so relaxed the next day, as i was able to increase how much i was lifting at the gym.. I will definitely use her services in the future and refer all my client's, friends and family.

Dear Nichole,
Finding a great massage therapist can often pose a challenge when one is looking for a person to complete Health and Wellness services. I just had a massage today from you. And while I didn't experience severe pain and distress I certainly knew that it was time to get a massage. As I had mentioned today I was starting to get headaches from the tension in my back and today I’m happy to report that while the knot removal was a little breathtaking at times, the end result is certainly worth it.

Dr. Sheldon Jordan of Naturopathie Integrative Clinic in Beaumont has changed my life for the better!

I met with Dr. Jordan in search of help. I was a new mum and back at work full time. I was exhausted every day and consistently sick from the daycare bugs. I just wanted to have some energy back so I could function. What I got was so much more. Within my first week of treatment, I was feeling amazingly better than I had ever. My experience at Naturopathie was great! Dr. Speer was well prepared for my visit after recently getting updated bloodwork. She reviewed all the results and helped me understand what each measurement was for and how they could be optimized. Dr. Speer listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop a realistic treatment plan that encompassed all aspects of my life such as nutrition and lifestyle recommendations as well as supplements to work with. | originally saw Dr. Sheldon due to issues with High Blood Pressure I was having including debilitating headaches. In 6 weeks of my first visit I was able to get off of the BP medication and, not only have I remained off of the medication, but, my headaches have all but disappeared. This was accomplished with just a few visits. I highy recommend Dr. Jordan, in fact I have recommended him to family and freinds who have also become his patients and they in turn have recommended others. He has successfully helped those I know with a variety of issues.
