It’s insane the lady at the front desk is working there. She’s extremely miserable and takes it out on customers. Only in Stephenville would someone get away with this. Avoid her like the plague, her voice will pop your ear drums.

i went for a g2 test and i did everything right. i even parallel parked correctly. the woman who does the exam gave me rude remarks since i just moved here. she failed me intentionally because she didn’t like me. y’all can have your opinions. you don’t make rude remarks and fail someone for no reason when they did every right. i would not recommend this place if you try to get your g2 or g license find somewhere else. please fire this woman. she doesn’t deserve this job if she treats people like this and fat shames them.

I went to the motor registration office today and I have had a Newfoundland class 5 license for the past 10 months and a 4 year experience driving license from Ontario. As I asked the driving inspector who was working there her name is I guess "Heather" can I get a class 4 license she said it doesn't matter if you have Ontario experience or not . You must have at least one year of experience in Newfoundland. She was very rude and did not know about the license rules and regultions and i felt racism. The other lady who was sitting next to her was so sweet and polite, gave me class 4 license as i mentioned i have ontario's experiene.

GUYS, LADIES WORKING HERE ARE RACIST.
so i booked my class 4 license exam at this location and came here from st.john's.
I went in, and the lady asked me for my insurance and all the required documents. Unfortunately, i didn't have my vehicle registration with me, and I asked he if i could bring it from my vehicle.
and then when I came back, she said i could not give my test now cause i took 10 minutes.
and i am from another province .

Extremely Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff! Not just to me. I observed multiple people go through the same while I was waiting. I'm not looking forward to the next time I have to return.

Don't under stand why you can't go to the DMV in stephenville and get all your paper work and stickers for your vehicle. Make no sense.
