We had the best time and experience with our RV rental! The customer service was above and beyond. Rod was extremely communicative, helpful and accessible. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions, help make seamless and easy arrangements with the booking, pick up and drop off. His RVs are top of the line! They are beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfect for outdoor adventures, sightseeing and just parking and relaxing with family. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of the RV and customer service. We will remember this experience for years to come and can’t wait to book with Rod again!

Our rental experience was seamless ! Response time with questions about our RV was less than 10 minutes . The unit was spotless and exactly as described. It had all the necessities along with little extras that we might have needed, camping chairs, extra bedding/towels for guests . I would highly recommend this company for your next Newfoundland road trip ! We will definitely be repeat customers

While planning our upcoming trip to Nfld from west coast of Canada, we found this company from the NL Tourism. Rod was extremely helpful and informative about his vehicles. For quick availability he was willing to phone us directly to discuss details. Unfortunately the booking didn't work out from our end but we highly recommend that they can give the best help and services. Maybe next time for us. Thanks Rod.

Rented an rv July 28 to the aug 3
Just wicket awesomeness.... from start to finish.. we were taken care of like king and queens... I dont know where to start..... I dont have 1 bad thing to say..... I cant wait to use there service again.... Glenn was the most incredible person works with what you need and does his absolute best to accommodate your needs....
The rv had plenty more than enough towels linen all the cook ware and untensils.... I was not missing anything..... everything worked as it should... and it made the enjoyment of seeing Newfoundland amazing.... we parked wherever and had all we needed.... just had to run by any rv place to dump and get water.... and was never charged....

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

Totally awesome to deal with under any circumstances. My family booked with Newfoundland RV rentals for this coming summer. Due to circumstances beyond all our control we had to cancel our trip home. Rod and his staff made it the most painless experience I've ever had when dealing with cancellations. We will defiantly be booking with them when we are able to make our trip.

We rented a 31 foot motorhome for 2 weeks in August and honestly paid WAY too much for the thing. But here's the thing, this company has a monopoly on RV rentals in Newfoundland which makes it impossible to go with a different option, until the invention of RVezy. I don't work for RVezy, nor do I care if you end up renting from them. What I do care about is that you understand that the exorbitant price you pay with Newfoundland RV rentals will NOT buy you great customer service or even a top notch RV.
I compared prices and RVezy was 1/3 of what our rental cost!! Unreal!

RVs breakdown, that's just the way of anything mechanical. It sucked that we lost a day and a half but this really could have happened with any company/RV. I think we expected some effort on their part to work out a decent compensation offer but they just stopped responding. Yeah that sucks and is a terrible way to handle customers.

There were issues from the beginning with our RV too, like lacking the basics of RVing (BBQ, extra blankets, enough cutlery for everyone, dishes that are safe for the microwave, and a functional fridge). We spent money out of pocket to remedy some of these things and left them in the RV. I hope the next people actually get the benefit of our purchases and that they don't get tossed or re-housed privately.

I hope you think about whether you want to spend your money with this company because in hindsight I would not have.

Rod and his team at Newfoundland RV Rentals are amazing! They were quick to respond, extremely accommodating and more than fair to deal with when we had to make some changes to our schedule. Fantastic people that I would not hesitate to do business with again!
