Josh et al are amazing!!! He came to our home to pick up and drop off, checked everything over thoroughly and made sure they were running smoothly. We gave them a second computer that wasn’t working at all and put new brains in it.

Now we have 2 working computers.

Can’t say enough good things about him. Prompt, communicates well, excellent customer service and was able to keep the cost within our means.

By all means, if you have problems with your computers, give them a call.

We contacted Next Level in order to "reign in" our Internet issues. Over the 8-year lifespan of our facility, numerous groups had applied "bandaids" to help improve our coverage and access. But those bandaids were left hanging everywhere, and the cuts never totally healed. We needed someone to come and diagnose the issue and to provide a action plan that would be a more permanent solution. Next Level IT did all that and more. They were friendly. They were enthusiastic. They were timely. They offered solutions. And they were efficient. And even once installation was complete, they have been accessible and gone "over and above" in terms of being available for both phone support and on-site Service.

This place is unbelievable. I had my laptop ransomed a couple years ago and lost over 7000 pics and videos. Basically everything we had been saving on computer. The company demander over 600us to have them released. These guy recovered everything. And had my laptop running back at 100%. Fixed my hdd and installed some anti virus. Makin my computer safe from this happening again. Cant say anything but good things about next level. Gett it done there!!!!
