I was really hesitant to pay a third party for yet another automated service, but let me tell you - best decision ever! NiceJob is SO easy to work with. Their representatives are timely, kind, and very helpful. The number of reviews I've been able to achieve in a short period of time, as well as moving forward, is well worth the small price and is reflecting in the number of clients finding my small business. I would highly recommend NiceJob.

My experience with Nice Job has been amazing. It started with the first representative I spoke with who perfectly explained the platform, how it worked, how it could work for our service business and took the time to answer all of my questions. We've used three other companies to help us secure reviews about our services, but this one is by far the best. Upon committing to use the service, the very next day, I was set up with a specialist who helped us get everything set up. Jennifer was very patient, answered all of my questions, and while I'm not tech savvy at all, was able to integrate our CRM to their system, connect us to FB, IG, X, Linked In very easily. Finally, the cost was very fair for what they deliver and below some of it's biggest competitors while IMO, deliver much more. I will be recommending them to all of my small business friends looking for a way to increase customer feedback and referrals.

Nice Job is a great company with great employees! First, Amy answered all my question and informed me on the whole process. Then Chelsea showed me how to do all the set-up in under 15 min!! It works seamlessly with Quickbooks! I highly recommend NiceJob!
