Great flower shop!! I was making wedding bouquets/boutineers for my best friends big day and the owner of this shop was sooo helpful as I needed supplies last minute and she went above and beyond to help me:) greatly appreciated

Had a horrendous customer service experience with my order. Paid $120 for delivery & got a call as the store was closing that they didn’t deliver them due to not reaching the customer, however they didn’t call me once all day. When stating I was highly disappointed as this was my mothers birthday gift was told ‘well we’re a small business’. Upon asking to speak to someone in charge I requested the delivery fee be refunded due to this over sight. I was told ‘it’s the end of the day I’ll have to think about it’ and was hung up on. Hugely disappointed as I’ve been supporting this business for years & the situation would’ve been easily avoided by giving me a call at any point during the day.

I live in Florida but have friends in Saskatchewan. I have used this florist several times and I have NEVER been disappointed. Her floral designs are AMAZING!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIPAWIN FLORIST FOR ALL OF YOUR FLORAL NEEDS. YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Be careful if you order flowers from Nipawin Florist if you are from out of town. I picked an arrangement from their website and let’s just say it looked nothing like what we ordered. It was an $85.00 arrangement and when my parents received the arrangement it was definitely not an arrangement worth that amount of money. Very disappointed, this is the only flower shop in Nipawin so there aren’t any other options.
If you order from there, check in with the folks that received the arrangement and make sure you get what you ordered.

I asked them specifically, multiple times to keep my name off and private. Wanted to have a little secret admirer fun, and they wrote love Louise right on the card Took the fun right out of it!
