He wedding photos are out of thus world amazing. The school packages she does are great, family photos. Highly recommend her and her staff for your photography needs.

The first time I met Kyla was when she drove all the way to Edmonton to drop off funds she raised for our family. She held a fund raiser for my daughter who was in a medically induced coma due to a brain aneurysm. I had never met Kyla before that day. Our daughters went to school together and she felt the need to help us. Complete strangers. Once she held the fund raiser and had emergency surgery, she then drove 8 hours to hand over what she raised. This woman is hands down the most selfless, caring person I have ever met. After our initial meeting, we have had multiple photo shoots. We loved every single experience we had with her. She made us comfortable and made us laugh. For as long as we live in Grande Prairie, No Negatives Required will be our go to for photos. Not only did she help our family in our time of crisis but she helps many others as well. From fund raisers to toy drives. Photos by donation and just helping complete strangers. She is a rock star!

Extremely unprofessional. I ordered pictures on November 24. Half of my daughter’s class had their photos delivered to the school. I was told mine would be in on Monday, December 19 because the printers were “backed up” and she would call to see if I wanted them dropped off or pick them up. When she called I said I would like for her to drop them off since it had taken so long and I was late sending out Christmas cards because of this. She told me she couldn’t drop them off because she has to go Christmas shopping because she hasn’t started yet……….(after today they are closed until January 9). A family member also got the run around for digital images. Terrible experience and will not be ordering from them again.

Responding to the reply. LOL Not once did I yell and of course I’m going to be frustrated hearing the same excuse for weeks but thanks for the feedback.

Through the years we’ve used No Negatives and always had not just beautiful photos but also fabulous customer service. We’ve done our school photos, Easter and Christmas photos. All came out amazing. They took their time and did many images to ensure we got the best shot. We will continue to use No Negatives and applaud all the work they do in the community.
