I’m 35 and just starting to explore more holistic skincare options—and I’m so glad I discovered Waterford’s Eye Spa! I recently tried their RF treatment (a natural alternative to Botox), and the experience was incredible. It felt like a real spa day, not just a clinical appointment. I have had the experience of being treated for a fully detached retina over 20 years ago by Dr Jane Van Dyk. I was a walk in emergency. Within 12 hours I was seen and treated at the Ivey Institute in London, successfully. I have had a lens replaced since then as well, successfully. Today I enjoyed finding out that I am good for another year. The staff are friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have Norfolk Family Eye Care to truly look after our of our family’s eye care. Thank you folks one and all. Much appreciated

Recently, I had an issue of severe blurry eye vision due to undetected type 2 diabetes. It was very scary for me. The team here including Dr. Jane Van Dyk were phenomenal. They were able to make sure that I left their office seeing well enough to function safely while we waited for my vision to return. Their concern and dedication to my well being was beyond my expectations and I can't thank them enough.

I receive great care and service at NFC. Very easy to schedule. No waiting at my appointment. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing in a friendly way. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very competent and helped me pick out a great pair.

I had the most thorough eye exam I've ever experienced. Two OCT scans and only charged for one. Dr. Van Dyk took lots of time to go over all of my results with me, all of the staff give you their full attention!
