Not very professional. Promises and doesn’t deliver. Very dishonest.

No signed contract. Promised buy back then changed amount. Sales person not trained while owner was not available to help.

Jordan and his team were exceptional! We have never auctioned equipment before, and they made it easy and simple for us and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way! From coming out to review, clean, and estimate value of our loader and two bobcats to running the ads a a showing the gear to prospective clients, to making me feel better when I called three times in the last two days of the auction to understand the bidding process, sorry Jordan and thank you for the exceptional service! I would highly recommend Norseman Auctions for buying and selling gear!

Found a tractor that fit my needs - site unseen except for pictures - everyone was so helpful through the whole process - office staff was fantastic- even got a call from a friend of the seller to ensure me I was getting a nice unit and history of the machine - very pleased- thank you from Wyoming!

Bought a truck thru these guys went for good price owner just refuses to release and Norman collects buyers fee and lets owner keep equipment they getting rich running fake auction all sellers contracts of no reserve are not honoured yelled and screamed at by owner with no remorse don’t get scammed here at Norsman
