room was good but included breakfast was terrible. Have travelled a lot and choose hotels that offer free breakfast as it cuts down the cost and the time to go to a restaurant. When working on the road, it is a valuable perk. I would say this was the worst breakfast of this type I have seen in years. Probably will choose not to stay there in the future even though I go that way several times a year

When I booked the nova Inn. I told them there would be three of us, When we got to the room, there was one king size bed. I asked them if they had a cot and they told me no, but they would give me an extra pillow and blanket to make a bed on the FLOOR. So I had to surrender my pillows to my daughter, so she could sleep on the floor and literally used towels as a pillow for myself. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, I waited 57 minutes for two Caesar salads and an order of nachos in the 57 minutes I was there they never offered me anything to drink And I had to go up and ask where my food was. I won’t be returning here.

This is still the best lodging choice in Manning overall. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the on‑site restaurant is genuinely good. Unfortunately, front desk service drags the experience down. My card (which works elsewhere) repeatedly failed to run, simple phone reservations seemed to confuse staff, and the manager was both hard to reach and late to arrive when promised. Housekeeping only services rooms when you hang the request sign. That's fine once you know, but no one mentioned that at check‑in so I had to discover it myself.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Was stranded due to wildfires but when the road opened at 2 pm they let me have an extra late checkout to go home. 5 stars all around.

Very clean and inviting. Staff are awesome. Room was very nice, except they really need to change the light bulbs. They need to switch to LED bulbs so you can at least read. There is a bar restaurant in this building. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay.|Yes I would recommend this hotel

Stayed there for fighting fires. Clean rooms, hot water, and a good resturaunt for dinnner.

Horrible service, mainly because of the lack of water. Where is a person meant to hydrate themselves? I suppose we are just meant to make the 10 minute walk to the gas station just for water. Not even a vending machine with water available, only soda. Upon asking the front desk for water I was told none was available. For breakfast, there is a pitcher of water, but it does not get refilled after being emptied, which happens often as everyone faces the same issue.
After coming back on a second trip the issue has not been resolved. I implore you to stock up on water if you plan to stay here.

Stayed here recently overnight and had a Deluxe room with 1 Queen bed that I booked through Expedia. Very pleasant hotel, clean and spacious room, very well equipped, too, with plenty of handy items like kitchen towels, plates and cutlery, etc. The restaurant was nice for a quick evening meal (some vegetarian options), and the continental breakfast served in the morning was fresh and an added bonus (no hot food, just cereals, coffee/tea, hard boiled eggs, breads, jams, peanut butter etc). Very pleasant and friendly staff throughout the property.|This was our first stay at this hotel, and hopefully not the last one. Would recommend it.
