Very expensive. Ordered a 1" nameplate, cost at other engravers was around $15. Nova Trophy charged $15 for the tag plus a $20 setup fee. With taxes I paid over $40, more than double what I would pay elsewhere, and I was not advised of the setup fee when I ordered. Would definitely not recommend unless you enjoy paying more than double that of other engravers are charging.

Ordered some branded clothing and although it took longer than I had expected, when it was complete the Nova Trophy team went above and beyond and personally dropped off my order right to my doorstep on the weekend, nonetheless. That was above and beyond.

The Nova Trophy team is communicative and willing to do things that other businesses wouldn’t consider (like a personal weekend drop off).

We will absolutely shop with this business again and happy to support this local team.

I have been coming here for the last two years for certain trophies and engravings needs. Also, I have always had great, friendly service here. They have what I need for trophy related jobs. They get the job done in a timely fashion with accurate turnaround times. The only complaint from me is that they are in the back of the Bayers Lake area, which is not convenient for bus users.

I have been dealing with Nova Trophy since they were on Almon St., for orders both large and small. I have always been impressed by their products, prices, professionalism and attention to customer service.
Whenever a small issue has arisen, which happens, they have always gone way out of their way to make the order right.
There are a lots of places in Halifax, and on line, to buy trophies, or have custom clothing made, but I have always come back to Nova Trophy.

It seems everyone has had a good experience with this business and Kendall except for me....How unfortunate! I along with other nurses had purchased personalized zip up sweaters for work. Mine started to come apart after a few weeks and I contacted Kendall. The emails seemed to go ok but I was oblivious to the undertone. Quotation marks around certain words. Eventually I was asked to drop it and the manufacturer would have a look at it. I didn't hear anything back for just over a month ...but it was finally ready. I went in to pick it up and was happy to see some repairs although in a different color thread then the rest. On further inspection I realized that the zipper had not been repaired and was still coming away from the sweater. The nice lady went to get Kendall to help. He stated " Does that really affect how you wear the sweater?" I was speechless. He then said " It's the best it's getting fixed under warranty". I was still speechless but somehow understood that there was no point in continuing the conversation and I left with my junked up jacket. On the hunt for a seamstress now. Not the best customer service for sure! I'm still in shock. Thank you Nova for your support of HCW's😢

Nova Trophy has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind! There was a problem with sizing from a manufacturer and they had no problem fixing it and making sure we were all happy with our product! Really fast service too! Ask for Kendall!
