I hired OCD Construction to finish my basement. Kaven was very thorough and took the time to really see my vision. He asked very insightful questions, listened to all of my concerns, and took the time to make sure each and every one was addressed.

Some unexpected complications popped up along the way, due to builder defects. Kaven stepped up and assured me that he would take care of everything and I would be happy with the finished product. When he says, “Don’t worry, I got you”, he means it and will go above and beyond to see it through. He has a great work ethic, and amazing craftsmanship that are second to none.

Kaven brings a personal touch that assures you that you put your faith, and your home, in trustworthy hands. He was able to transform my empty basement into a beautiful home gym!
The attention to detail was incredible; he takes great pride in his work. He kept me in the loop the entire time with texts/pictures and gave me great guidance along the way. Kaven puts cleanliness and safety first, and relayed my concerns to all of the trades. Each trade was respectful of walking through my home, cleaning up the at the end of the day, and completing quality work.

On a personal note, Kaven Bastien is genuinely one of a kind, a true gentleman, and a consummate professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, he has since completed jobs for two of my family members.

Five stars! I reached out to OCD Construction Ltd. when I was looking to have someone mud and tape a powder room and install a drop ceiling. Kaven was very prompt! He responded back to me the same day, we set up a time for him to come have a look at the project and I had a quote in my in box by the end of the day. Seriously can’t say enough about his customer service! From keeping me in the loop on the schedule, telling me what he is doing and when during the entire process. He was very considerate and texted before he was coming, and he always showed up when he said he would. I honestly didn’t know I was having construction done as he always left everything clean at the end of the day. Very happy with the entire experience and the way the room turned out!!
