Not 100% reliable for time, ask for a specific time and they show up 10-15 minutes early and the meter has been running before you are picked up. Won't be using them again anytime soon.

Requested service, but was late and never informed until it was too late to call upon another service. As a result and other mitigating factors, it created a situation where i am now needing a new job(not 100% fault of the taxi but definitely the deciding factor of reliability due to my requirements of seeking transportation) They could have communicated that they could not provide a taxi at the time required. I would not have had issues with that at all as things can be busy but failing to communicate until it was too late was unacceptable. I suppose the dollar is more important than service. Disappointing. I enjoyed the level of service prior. The reason for 1 star review is due to the fact that they did not communicate that they could not provide a ride in the time required until it was too late. Due to this I would not recommend this service for time sensitive transportation. Aside from that, the driver's are friendly and courteous and prices are fair.

Cab just never showed up.

Update: They did eventually call me back. I called them at 12:35PM and was told 15 minutes. I finally received a call back at around 1:30PM. I had already left at this point I'm not going to stand around for an hour with no updates. Just order an Uber, faster, cheaper, actually shows up on time.

Response to owner: If someones adding stops and creating a negative experience for other customers that sounds like something you should fix instead of shifting blame back onto your customers.

The owner and staff are polite and professional. The cars are always clean. I always feel safe and comfortable in Okotoks Taxi. I am a single mother with 3 kids so that really matters to me. I moved here two years ago and now only take this company!

Okotoks taxi saved the day! After scrambling to find a last minute ride to the airport in Calgary due to snow, they showed up for us all the way in High River. I also made a double payment by mistake and they took care of returning my money to me as quickly as possible. Absolutely fantastic service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The drivers are rude and irresponsible when it comes to driving. When my destination is close to where pick up spot is, they go the longest way possible to charge me more. I’ve had a few drivers blow stop signs and red lights. Do not recommend this service.

Once again Okotoks taxi came through and helped us with the arrival of our daughter at YYC during a busy Christmas schedule. Courteous, prompt, professional, all words I would use to describe their service. Definitely our go-to taxi company in Okotoks!

TL;DR They caused me to miss a medical appointment by showing up 20 minutes late

I called them at 3:00 and they told me it would be 25 min. A bit ridiculous, but I needed to make this appointment, even if I was a little late. They called me at 3:20 saying that the driver would be 5-10 min. late. The cab arived at 3:45.

I don't know if their is a problem of communication between the dispatch and the drivers but I will not be using this service again. I will be warning others to avoid this service.
