Tyler and Suzanne are awesome. I had to cancel/rebook my appt twice and they we're very accommodating. Their shop has an awesome vibe and I felt very welcomed even after my first visit. Tyler took his time, asked questions about what I wanted and got to know me. He is very skilled and was highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

It had been 6 months since my last haircut.. new to the city I haven’t found it easy to find a barber that would give me a good cut, good price and also have availability. I was fortunate enough to get Brian he did everything I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with my hair.. he even gave suggestions. His process was thorough and you could tell he treats his work like an art piece and not just a guy cutting your hair. Definitely recommend him and the barbershop they do a superior job thanks again to you all I feel like I’ve regained my confidence haha

First time in. The staff were very welcoming and personable.

Cool enviroment.

Great shave. Very attentive to what I was wanting, checked though out that I was happy with where it was going, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time.

After numerous unsuccessful (and at times painful) attempts at finding a proper barbershop in town, I decided to try Old Soul. Daren is one of the kindest and most down-to-Earth people I’ve met, and the fact that he’s an amazing barber is a bonus!

I’m happy to say I’ve finally found a top quality barbershop in Lethbridge. Thank you guys!

First time here. I have fine thin blonde hair.
Tonya did an excellent job. I come out feeling this was my new go to place.
I’m not easily impressed, but I can’t help but come away feeling impressed with this place.
Besides the excellent hair cut, the place has that relaxed cool feeling and genuine personality of service is important.
I was in a bit of a hurry but it’s going to be a good place to have a beer after work and just take it all in.
Old soul is good for the soul.

At first when we pulled up to the shop my 5 year old said it looked scary and creepy… upon entering he was very excited. Very cool vibe inside and super clean. They immediately offered a drink. He is a shy kid and they made him feel very comfortable. Tonia certainly knows what she’s doing, we have taken him to 3 barbers in the city and his hair has never looked better.
