I've generally had positive experiences with various auction outfits in central Alberta. However, we recently sold an item locally due to proximity, and the buyer left without paying. They later claimed we weren't upfront about the unit's condition. The item was sold "as-is," and we never stated it was in perfect condition or ready to go. The buyer had the opportunity to inspect and test the unit before purchasing. In turn the Olds Auction wouldn't pay us, and took 3 weeks of negotiating and a crew to go to site to start the unit to show them it worked. Be aware when picking a service.

Great place to shop with something for everyone! I have been there a few times to purchase and the staff are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Even though one of the items I had an issue with purchasing, Tyler was amazing to help out and find a suitable resolution. Looking forward to seeing some of the auctions this year to find some more great buys!

I purchased a jet boat that was advertised as a eagle outlaw jet boat but the serial number and pictures were sent to outlaw and it’s not there’s at all. Called and spoke to them before hand as I live in Vancouver and they said it was in deed a Outlaw. I email this auction and they don’t reply at all. I get buyers have to be diligent but straight up advertising something that is not what it is from out of town buyers is unacceptable.
