OMG, i have been going here for years and they have always been great but it took a severe screw up on MY end to show truly how wonderful the whole staff is! I order my contacts in bulk, i IGNORED the notifications from olds eye Care thinking it was just my contacts in stock, when no they actually were trying to tell me i was out of date on my prescription and needed an exam, well i of course left it too long, have weird eye balls that nobody stocks lens for and was leaving camping to boot..i was so worried i would be so blind on my trip, not able to wear sunglasses or go boating( can't wear glasses surfing!)
They SAVED me big time! My lack of planning did not constitute an emergency on their end but they sure acted like it!
So very grateful for the awesome service! ... The blind groomer..

Amazing place. Dr.Berry prescribed me great glasses for my double vision at night (esotropia). I can finally drive without having to close one eye.

This past weekend, I dropped my glasses and broke the frame. With my child's graduation one week away, I didn't have time to get new frames, but the old ones weren't salvageable. The gal that assisted me searched and found a set of frames that would work with my current lenses, she reworked the frame so they would fit (no easy task), and I walked out with glasses!! I wish I had gotten the name of the gal who assisted me, she went out of her way to make sure I could get through the next week and grad with sight! lol

So incredibly grateful to Dr Verett + the team at Olds Eye Care for taking such good care of me these last two weeks. I came down with ocular shingles + they were very thorough in helping treat me. I’m very grateful for the time they took + how detailed they were during my follow ups.

My daughter just recently got hit in the eye with a volleyball and on a Saturday they didn’t hesitate to get her in. Dr. Jen and the staff were AMAZING! Dr. Jen texted me throughout the weekend to make sure my daughter’s symptoms weren’t worsening and even said she would come in on a Sunday if I felt more comfortable to have her rechecked.
They even fit her in on the Monday to recheck to ensure no retina damage. I couldn’t recommend this team enough. Im so grateful to have a local eyecare centre that is so incredibly professional and knowledgeable and care so much about their clients.
