Dropped in near end of the day to get another channel added to my iComm. I thought I was dropping it off and coming back the next day. However, the young man at the store took it in the back saying "give me a minute". Came back about 5 minutes later with the job done. Awesome service!

Our equipment at our telecommunications hub was constantly rebooting due to overload and excessive heat on our inverter system. Omega went onsite in a quick efficient manner and was able to work with me on powering down some inactive devices. to reduce load. One of their technicians, Grady was able to obtain a portable A/C unit and placed it close to our equipment providing additional cooling capacity. After this was completed, our equipment was stable. Thanks to Omega for such great professional work!

I received 5 Star service from Omega. I am from out of town and needed a radio (2 way) fixed asap for work. They told me to come in, fixed it within minutes of me even getting there. Very quick!

Went in to Omega recently with a small issue I had regarding a VHF antenna cable. They had the parts I needed and even loaned me a crimper so I could shorten a cable at home that evening as I was unable to bring the cable in. Very professional staff and they did everything possible to help me get my radio going again quickly! Big thanks to them!!

They installed our cell phone booster so that it didn't shut down when the truck shut off, it go so hot it was deffinately a fire hazzard. We phoned to complain and he said they would correct it. They had our credit card and said they would email the reciept, this is three weeks later and after asking twice I had to call again to get the reciept, I didn't even know how much I paid. Also he saidthat some people like the booster staying on full time. I'm not happy with the service.
