We had a great experience working with Spencer and the team at One One Ten Architecture. They were friendly and professional as they worked with us through a long and very thorough design process for an extensive renovation of our personal home. We love the plan that we ended up with. Ultimately, we made the difficult and sad decision to not proceed with the build phase of our plan. But even through that part of our process Spencer remained friendly, supportive and understanding. We look forward to pursuing another project with One One Ten in the future.

Working with Spencer and his team for our pharmacy renovation was fantastic. He communicates very well, establishes a clear scope of work and expectations, and is easy to work with. They are very thorough and their process worked out many details, including many we did not think of ourselves, on paper before the contractors initiated their work. This enabled us to continue focusing on our business while the renovations took place, as the details of the renovation were established on paper.

We are still early on in our process, but he has spent a ton of time getting to know us, our values, our future plans, and what experience we want when we someday walk into our dream home. They have a clear process that was able to get input from both of us, in different forms (i.e., calls, written, 3D exercise, etc.). They also clearly understand what it's like to live and play in the area.

Developing our house plans could not have been easier than with One One Ten. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted and left with a beautiful design with everything we wanted in a house. Great ideas and every one of them was thought out for function and design. The 3D designs they do made visualizing what the house will look like so easy and allowed the interior and exterior design of the house to come together into a masterpiece. The investment was worth every penny. Highly recommend.
