We had a skunk spray our dogs and really stink up the house. I called Mike at 8am and told him our situation, he explained he's done many skunk spray jobs and could get there by 10am. He showed up early and full of great advice. I cannot recommend this company enough. Quick and extremely professional. Will absolutely call again! I had our dryer vent serviced today. We had an appointment for 1:30pm he called at noon saying they were going to arrive in 45min. I didn’t mind the earlier time. They did a wonderful job cleaning out the vent and reconnected everything. They were both very friendly and efficient with the job. I would recommend Ontario Steam and I would use their services again in the future!

Mike and (presumably) his wife did an excellent job with my carpet. We have a 2 and 4 year old. Anyone who has kids knows what I’m talking about. After Mike performed his magic it looked brand new. I wish I had a before photo to compare. Will use them again

There is reason why people are giving 5 stars to this company! It is the owners. Mike and his wife did a great job with the duct cleaning. They throughly clean the ducts. Mike also brought my attention on the dryer. He was so right I did not know anything about it, but he explained how dangerous it is to have a blocked dryer line. So we agreed on the price and they also completed that fast. Additionally he fixed issues on the dryer hose for me without charging. Do not go somewhere else these people are punctual and they can walk the extra mile for you. Believe me you wont regret it.

Ontario Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning were able to make it the very next day I called, were punctual, courteous, respectful and very professional. They followed safety precautions and also wore shoe slips, unlike some other service professionals we have worked with, which we truly appreciate. They ensured every duct and vent was cleaned thoroughly, and also fixed a portion of my open duct for no additional charge. Our home has been left smelling and feeling fresh and we see an improvement in the dust, lint and pet hair in our home. They completed the task efficiently, and in reasonable time, and left our home in a clean state once the work was completed.

A factor I really like about them, is they covered all our home vents/ducts for a single reasonable price. Unlike most major services that charge a low fee for a limited number of ducts + extra per duct. I basically got a lot of value for the price I paid and their level of service topped it off very well.

This is a family owned business that definitely values providing good service.
They have definitely earned us as repeat customers (will be calling them for our carpet cleaning soon!). We shall recommend them to our neighbors and friends and to all reading this review.

Everything about Ontario Steam is professional and organized! They arrived 15 minutes early and got to work cleaning my air ducts quickly and efficiently. The team cleared any extra debris that came out during the process and they used this amazing cleanser that left my home smelling fresh and super clean.
It is all of the extra details that they pay attention to that makes their work so effective. I called them back to clean my dryer vent and steam clean furniture and once again I was so impressed. It is clear that this company takes great pride in their work! I highly recommend Ontario Steam.

Very professional. Voted #1 for good reason! We moved into a mobile home that was smoked in and smelled bad from nicotine. He showed us how our ducts were never cleaned, it was bad. They came in and blew us away. We have a 4 month old baby so she went above beyond to help make sure the air quality is good. Our home smells amazing!! Very nice people. Quick service. Excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful team!
