Otto's is the best local place to buy an appliance! We had warranty claims going with Otto's and another local store at the same time (for different appliances) and the service Otto's provided was top notch especially compared to the other store. They came to our house multiple times until they had the issue fully repaired. Their customer service was personable, professional and they genuinely made us feel like they cared. Hi, We were looking for a new dish washer and Rob was very helpful at showing us all the features of different brands of dishwashers. There was no pressure to buy a certain brand. He was good at showing us the good and bad features of different brands. We chose a kitchen Aid which is very quiet and doing a good job.

Otto’s was an amazing place to get our washer and dryer! Love the fact that it’s a small town place and yet are very competitive! The sales person was super nice and the installers were very professional and even delivered in a snow storm!! Thanks guys! By the way we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new machines!!
