We hired the Outback team to host a friendly feud game at our annual member conference. What a great experience and it was apparent that our members loved the game. The hosts were so enthusiastic and got all of the teams engaged. So much fun!

Outback was easy to work with and get set up; the folks were friendly and fun. Our Teams enjoyed the holiday game. When your staff are mostly virtual, this makes it really fun to still be a team and see and chat while playing. Great experience from booking to event. From start to finish the whole team at Outback has been attentive, clear and a great supplier to work with. I do corporate events and having a partner like Outback is invaluable. From the time I posted an inquiry onto the Outback Team Building & Training website I had excellent communication from their team and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. They helped pull off an event that was a lot of fun and enjoyed by everyone on our team. I was out of the office a lot in the time before our event and the Outback staff worked hard to keep in touch with me and ensure that I had everything I needed before our event. The afternoon before my event I had to switch things around and even with that they were accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I was so impressed with every aspect of the entire experience. When I requested a quote initially I got a call from a Rep within 20 minutes. He was able to address all my questions & summarized all details + cost in an email afterwards. Once I decided to proceed with the event the submission form was easy to complete & again follow up happened right away. Eric Fell was the host for the event & he was amazing. Super funny, engaging & made the whole experience so much fun. I would 100% recommend you to anyone looking to hold a unique fun event for their team.

We did the self guided Virtual Hollywood Murder Mystery. The quality of the web interface was amazing. The event was more challenging than the participants expected it to be, which they all said was a GREAT thing. We had a few teams that had internet lag and they had to reenter their answers several times. I am not sure if this was an Outback issue or a connectivity issue at the location of the players (we were using Google Chrome/Google Meets). I called the Outback support team, they answered right away and got right on our issue. They paused the event, checked the back end, and we were back on our event in less than 2 minutes. The particants were all very grateful. As the Event Leader, I could not have been happier about how this event was packaged. It was easy to explain, easy to use, and so organized! I hardly had to do any prep besides familiarize myself with the interface. Everyone enjoyed themselves, even the teams with the tech issues. Group feedback was that everyone can't wait to do our next event!
