Our property manager, Dino HBeganovic is fantastic, he is so knowledgable, helpful, efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I constantly recommend Pacific Quorum as a property management company and I tell everyone to ask for Dino to be their manager! I have nothing but positive expericnes working with Dino and Pacific Quorum and I looked forward to our continued partnership going forward! I would never agree to be on a strata council without the help and support of Dino!

Dino is helpful and patient with difficult owners who are constantly making issues and having confrontations with contractors or council members. We own a condo that is managed under Pacific Quorum and have not had a pleasant experience so far.

We’re currently going into night two with no water due to a water leak. There has been zero communication from the company, we have called them each time for updates. We had to leave as we have a ten month old baby, and water is a necessity. Day 1: they claimed there was nobody to fix it. Day 2: they claimed the man that came had the wrong part, and he will try again tomorrow. So here we are waiting to return to our own home while spending a bunch of unnecessary money and time away from our home. There is zero urgency on their part to restore water… which is necessary.

Otherwise they have neglected our building which is covered in graffiti, the garbage area is constantly a disaster, and more.

I was standing off to the side, in the white lined area of the parking lot with my husband and an employee almost hit us in the company car. When I turned around completely, she kept pulling forward and I had to move out of the way. Not a great representation of your business and not impressed with those actions, it’s clearly not a parking space.

Been here for 2months mow. The
Area was pretty sketchy. I experienced a couple of stolen package and worse is someone was trying to get in to our place. I reported it to the management (Kristyn) but unfortunately no action or any acknowledgement. Planning to move out soon!
