We made the difficult decision to let our boy Lincoln go. From the very first contact paradise pastures team were incredible. When the day finally came the compassion and care taken was above and beyond anything I could have wished for to say goodbye to our sweet boy. The gentleness and kindness shown to him was so comforting. Ryan was so informative and at the same time so gentle and soft spoken even when explaining how everything he would do and how Lincoln would feel. He took so much time to insure Lincoln was ok and comfortable at any given moment. This family is truly amazing and angels that walk this earth to do what they do daily. Thank you Ryan and Darby for everything you did for Lincoln. Heartbroken but glad i made the choice to trust your family with our boy. 💜

Paradise Pastures were phenomenal. Darby was so gentle and thoughtful. They took an exceptionally difficult experience for our family and made it as beautiful as they could. The service was top notch. They went above and beyond, from coming to our home to pick-up our sweet Roxy to returning her remains to us in a beautiful and prompt way. Thank you to Darby and her team. I cannot recommend this small family business enough. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness. We are ever so appreciative.

We can't say enough about Paridise Pastures.
Our Dexter passed peacefully at home.
I called Paridise Pastures the next morning and talked with Darby.She was very pleasant to talk with and I was able to drop him off that day( they do pick up and drop off but i wanted to give Dexter his last car ride).They were able to cremate him that day and we picked him up the next day.They are very professional and caring.
They are located on the country so we found it very comforting to leave him in that kind of setting and not in the city.
This is one of the hardest decisions that a person has to do when they own a pet.
But rest assured that they are in the best hands.
I would give them 10 🌟

We are very grateful for the compassionate service we received from Paradise Pastures. They came to our home after we said goodbye to our sweet Yeti with the help of Dr. Joel from Gentle Goodbyes. They gave us as much time as we needed, then I lay Yeti in a box they provided with a blanket to wrap him in. His ashes were returned to us the next day, delivered right to our door. They messaged me earlier to ensure that someone would be home. I didn't realize how badly I needed to have him back home; it gave me comfort, so I really appreciate how quickly they brought him back. Their compassionate care meant a lot to us at such a difficult time.

My dog had a large tumour and was at his end of time. Ryan came to our house and was super kind to our family and Luke (our dog). He gave us time together with Luke to say goodbye. When they took him away to Paradise pastures they told us they would get a paw print for us. They came back to the house to deliver the paw print in person. Best goodbye possible for our boy Luke!

Paradise Pastures made one of the hardest day for our family a little easier. They are so caring, respectful, loving, understanding and willing to go the extra mile. My husband best friend Sadie die unexpectedly last November and when I called them knowing it was a long weekend and it being late afternoon already, they without hesitation asked if I wanted them to come pick Sadie up for us even though we were a good hour away. When they arrived they were very patient with all of us saying our goodbyes. We had her laying in a top half of a crate with Sadie’s pillow and her favourite blanket and flowers, when we were done our good byes they picked up they crate and took her. The did her cremation and got us a shadowbox urn, they had to order this for use. They took Sadie away Friday night and brought her back home Monday, they kept us up to date through the process, they also brought us Sadie’s pillow and blanket back to us washed and all cleaned up!!!! They also made an extra trip to drop the urn off with no extra charge. They are amazing to deal with and made the process of losing a best friend a bit easier. We also really appreciate the clay and ink paw prints, they are such a precious memory and much appreciated, as well as the beautiful note. Thank-you so much for helping us in a time of grieving and not know what the next step was to take after an unexpected loss.

Paradise Pastures exceeded our expectations during a difficult time. When our Doberman's health declined suddenly, they responded quickly and showed great flexibility in adjusting their appointment time to accommodate us as best they could. Their compassionate and professional service made a challenging experience a little easier. I have already recommended them to friends and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
