Nice products, prices are reasonable. But I gave it a 3 star due to the customer service. There were 7 staff members on the floor and 4 of them stood behind the desk the whole time, a bit clueless and not too friendly at all. One girl of the staff sat on the counter the whole time that we were there, which was about one hour. The other 3 staff members did walk around the floor and seemed more attentive and friendly. When my sister had a pair of 250$ skates added to her bill, no-one seemed to notice until another lady asked where her skates were. Understandably, everyone makes mistakes. But there was no apology or acknowledgement at all which was strange. They were very nonchalant. In my opinion, they need to work on their customer service. Plus too many people doing nothing.

I had bought a pair of shoes but never wore them. Had them for a few months before trying them on. When i tried them on the velcro closures were too short. I called & they ordered my correct shoes in & were very courteous to do an exchange & monetary difference. Greatly appreciated. Ty. Great customer service. 💖

Nice store. Prices are OK if you watch. Lots of top name brands. Good selection of quality shoes. Wish they had Smartwool. All kinds of sporting equipment. I like this store, shop here often.

Pretty good selection of rec hockey gear. There are not always a lot of sticks, but it is the best selection in Dauphin.
Skate sharpening is good.
