I’ve had the pleasure of living at Parry Sound Place in beautiful Parry Sound, Ontario, and I can confidently say it’s been a truly positive and enjoyable experience from day one.
The management here is outstanding, always friendly, respectful, and very responsive. Any concerns are handled quickly and professionally, and the building is kept in excellent condition. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in making this a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. I always feel looked after and valued as a tenant, which is something you don’t always find.
Another huge advantage is the location. Parry Sound Place is in a prime spot, with everything you need just a short walk away, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, fast food restaurants, parks, and schools. A quick 10-minute walk brings you right into town, where you’ll find even more restaurants, banks, clothing stores, and the stunning waterfront scenery that makes Parry Sound so special. Whether you're running errands or enjoying a stroll, it’s so convenient not having to rely on a car all the time.
The building itself is quiet and peaceful, with a friendly, respectful community of neighbors. It’s ideal for individuals, couples, seniors, or small families who are looking for a well-managed, comfortable home in a welcoming and convenient setting.
If you're thinking of moving to Parry Sound or are looking for a new place in town, I highly recommend Parry Sound Place. It truly feels like home, and I’m very thankful to have found such a great place to live.

I lived in a spacious 1 bedroom plus den for 2 1/2 years. I loved my apartment! I took possession when this block of apartments was just built and I was pleased to have a clean new modern unit. The apartments are very soundproof… I could only really hear anyone in the hallways occasionally. Your heat is included so factor that in when you compare local rent prices. Hydro and wifi are expenses that tenants pay themselves.

You have a key fob for entry and can buzz visitors in to the foyer with your phone. I could check if the laundry facilities were busy by logging my laundry card number in on an app. I could also check the status of my washer/dryer time and balance on my card.

Mathew is the maintenance staff and he was excellent to deal with. If I had a light go out or any other issues, he was quick to respond and deal with it. He was always busy maintaining the day-to-day needs of the building.

With any apartment you will have little issues that arise, but if you are looking for quiet, well-maintained, modern living arrangements, Parry Sound Place Apartments is an excellent option.

Apartments are small but nice, considering the size the rent is a bit on the high side. But overall a decent place to call home. Close to a grocery store, gym, tim hortons and a thrift store.
