I've always had positive interactions and experiences here. Whether it was back when I was a struggling teen mom, or just simply needing someone to listen when I'm having a hard time. If they can't help directly, they've always helped direct me to people who can. I really appreciate all of the resources and help available here. And a big shout out to Jackie (I believe that was her name) for squeezing me in to listen when I needed some advice last week. She was incredible to talk to.

A huge help to the community. Free for those who need it. Many people would quite literally not be here anymore if it wasn't for this place and staff.

They break client confidentiality all the time and share client information freely with members of the community. They do not respect privacy in anyway shape or form. This type of behaviour takes dignity away from the folks accessing the services. Creates fear and barriers to care. They should be ashamed of themselves and better screening processes in hiring are needed. Currently they hire busy body gossiping un trustworthy people.

I have recently found out that during this day and age with importance on mental health that this organization has let go of one of their councillors for simply expressing themselves on their own “private” social media which is not open to public eyes to help with their own mental health. I’m shocked and amazed that this employee who cared about their clients and was good at their job was let go for simply nurturing their own mental health on their own private and personal social media. Obviously they don’t care about their clients if they are willing to let go of their employees in a time where mental health is so important. I will not be recommending to anyone who asks and I hope you all do not as well.
