Had my vehicle towed to Patricia Ford after hours. They did diagnostic the next day and concluded it was a loose battery cable They tightened the cable, took it for a test drive and sent us on our way with their complements!

I grew up going with my dad to Patricia ford and will never forget how welcome they always made us feel like an extended part of there family now I deal with Patricia ford as I will encourage my children to do as well but it shouldn't take much as they see how happy I am with my ford and our local dealership!!

The folks in this dealership are amazing with customer service,highly highly recommended to see them for any car problems.we didn’t expect car trouble on our way down to Edmonton luckily we’re close by the dealership and they took care of everything even the owner’s wife Annette goes above and beyond and gave us a ride to the next town and we were able to get going with car rental. without them we won’t be able to go on our trip to Vegas with the kids,we’re super lucky to meet these amazing team at Patricia ford.

Took in my company van for a tire fix and windshield repair, did not put back the spare tire under the rear floor. Service department didn’t know where to locate the key to lower the spare tire 🤷🏻‍♂️ could have read the manual or research rather than dumping it back in the inside van. Disappointing…
