I am not sure if everyone checks their receipts when they buy the products from here. But if you don't do it usually then start doing it at least from here. They put the products on sale on the shelf but when you scanned the products at the till then its the regular price. I have been checking the price for all the items I buy from this location and I have been noticing the trend of wrong pricing. They usually fix the price on the till when they have good cashier who know their job. But the last time I got Cody and Karyn at the counter and they told me to buy with whatever the price it shows up at the till. Luckily I had my friend with me that day who worked for Loblaw's as a Manager for more than 5 years so he grab the price sign from the products (Bulk corn) and showed that to staff. But they were still arguing with us for the price and not accepting their mistake. We asked them to get store manager so we can talk to them about the mistake but they denied to help. I have put a complain on Loblaw's portal last week but there is still no callback from the store manager or whatsoever yet. This is the worst customer service experience we had at any Loblaw's store. I have been a genuine Loblaw's client for last couple decades but I will have to think about it now. As per the Loblaw's policy all the employees should have their name tag on so we can identify their name and ask for any help, but both of them did not have their nametags so I had to ask them to put on the receipt so I can put their name on the complaint form. I hope Loblaw's can look into this issue and provide proper staff and manager training to this location.

Had 2 small items in my cart (used as a mobility aid when shopping) but wasn't allowed to use the completely empty self checkouts; she sent me to the full queue at the regular checkouts.

Dumb rules make for unhappy customers. Unhappy customers stop being being customers...

Certainly, staff can be trained to have some discretion and turn away people with more than 12 items in their carts or when the self checkout area is full... Or can she only be trusted with annoying customers instead of making their shopping experience better.

Very good deals and great prices. The selection is good and very well maintained store. The staffs are very helpful. Probably the best I've found yet in any store. Easy checkout a d good parking facility as well.

I have been shopping at no frills for about 16 years, and I especially liked it when Patryck came to the store and reorganized everything and made it even easier to shop! I am a little disappointed, however, in this current climate, that there aren't more options for Canadian produce. Sobey's across the road has more. It would be nice to see less of the 'USA' labels, and more Canadian, (or even other countries) like some of the other grocery stores are doing!

U u r hiking so much prizes for d Indian groceries….and firstly the Shaan karela was 1.69 and now u have put Suraj fr 3.69….y u r not putting d same one…and every time dere is raised prices fr d Indian groceries….its really disappointed….and Nanak paneer u have kept fr straight $7.00….

Patryks No Frills is amazing! The staff is super friendly. Always willing to help out the customer. They have gone above and beyond a few times for my family. PC Express is absolutely my favorite. If they don't have the product I want/need, they always substitute for a similar item. Can never go wrong!

when im working near by ill goto this store over anything else.
do yourself a favor dont goto sundre for shopping.
