The owner, Arnie, is honest, fair and great to work with. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always kept me informed about the repairs needed to be done without upselling. The timing belt and alternator went, they were extremely efficient and getting the work done in a timely matter. Would highly recommend this place!

I had to bring in my VW for service, oil change, brakes, and inquiry about an odd sound it was making. I had quick turnaround on the service, and all work items were fully explained and detailed for me on the invoice. I found it to be fair rates for a mechanic shop, and much better service than any of the dealership shops around for imports.

I truly did not expect to have my car fixed the day I took it in. I went in for just a scan and ended up with going home with a fixed car. The shop was very good at communicating all repairs on my 2020 VW Tiguan. They called with updates and were honest and informative with me about all services. They could have done all of the repairs I booked it in for and taken the money, as I thought certain things needed done since the dealer told me they did... but they were up front and honest that some repairs could wait and saved me a good chunk of money at this time. I appreciated the honest approach, very trustworthy shop.
I would highly recommend this shop.

If I could leave l zero stars I would. Bought a lil junker TDI and the clutch went in it 180km after I bought it. Had it towed here as was recommended by someone I knew. Was told I should do a single mass fly wheel conversion and then clutch so I agreed. Got the estimate which I thought was a little high at 2600 but hey needed a car up and running quick for work. Got the car back drove it for about 11 days totally 2500km roughly 1.5 hour one way to work. Just for the clutch to let go on me. Trailered it three hours back to the shop just to be told it wouldn't be under warranty because of hard use... I do the speed limit and drive like the fuel prices are what they are. I've been driving stick since I was 12 I'm going on 32 now. Worked in shops most of my life and know a clutch doesn't go out that fast. Was told nothing they would do and charged me another 383 for taking the pooches clutch out so about 3k total for a clutch job. I then decide to go to Napa where I found out the price of the clutch kit is 684 for a normal customer you'd assume a shop gets a deal and I was charged 1167 dollars almost a 100% mark up in all my time as a service writer and even just a shop grunt never have I ever seen a mark up like that. Said when you try to support local shops and get hosed.
