Brought my brand new truck (less than 24 hours I owned it) to get a tiny chip repaired in windshield. After paying the worker walked me out to show me the chip they had repaired. Then she proceeded to tell me that she had scratched my truck and told me to make another appointment next week to come back and they could buff that out for me. Said it happens all the time in fact. Well I guess that I will live with the scratch because the thought of what they might do to it if they got a hold of it again isn't worth the risk to me. I wish they would have offered a discount instead of expecting me to trust them with my vehicle again.

I recently purchased a Crosstrek from Peck's. Tracey is very friendly and professional. We quickly agreed on a fair price, and they were flexible and let me pick up the car after hours. There was one very minor issue, but I called and set up an appointment and they fixed it under the warranty, with no charge! A great place to do business.

We have been in for rock chips and to replace our entire back windshield. They schedule appts pretty quickly and service is prompt and polite. Small town friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are patient and happy to estimate or explain.
My last appt took a little longer, as they were training a new tech. Would have been nice to know ahead, as I wouldn't have mind the extra wait, but the service both front of house and back was great 😊

Staff were friendly. Becoming rare to see smiles these days, but they had them in spades. Comfortable seating area and reasonable time and price to fix the damage from a flying pebble that found my windshield. I hope I don't need them again, but if another windshield repair comes my way, I will contact them without hesitation.

Peck’s was awesome and saved our trip through Nova Scotia! We are traveling in a class A motorhome that has the huge front windshield, similar to a bus. Ours was threatening to fall out 😱😱

They nearly KILLED me because they left my e-brake COMPLETELY disconnected in WINTER!!! I brought them my truck for Inspection which went fine. Then brought it back for a windshield replacement, they called me a few hours later saying I needed more work done to pass inspection. Then I found out at the same time the windshield did not get done even though I booked a week in advance. Made another appointment grudgingly, and never went because they ‘lost’ my windshield. Grudgingly made another appointment for the next day, then they blamed the delivery company for losing it AGAIN. So i had made THREE appointments and they were unable to perform the work I booked well in advance for them to have the parts and they were unable to do so. They the said they would call me as soon as they could get it done and then NEVER DID. Fast forward until I attempt to use my ebrake while pulling my girlfriend out of the driveway and its DISCONNECTED. Luckily I didnt need to use it on the way home or I may not have been able to write this review. Ive also lost nearly a month of work due to their completely negligent and unprofessional staff.

We had a issue with a shelving area inside of the bathtub area. The previous owners had a shower curtain over the area. When we remodeled we wanted something that looked a little nicer like a shower door. After buying an installing the tub surround we found that no off the shelf doors would work. We contacted Tracy at Peck Auto Glass. Tracy was able to build a door that worked and looks great. Tracy was great to work with very honest. He honored the verbal price quote . We would highly recommend this company and will be recommending them to anyone who needs glass or shower doors.
