Sadly after trying to have them correct the crooked decals installed with straight up refusal I have to now write a poor review for this company.

Their prices were significantly lower than some other decal shops but I now have to pay another shop to fix their work so in the end it wasn’t worth the cost savings.

I had Tyler install some decals on my Ram 3500 Megacab to match the existing on my other truck, exact same make and model, on which the old decals that were done by a competitor are 100% straight and perfect. After his installation, I wasn’t pleased with the results as they were crooked and stood out to everyone looking closely at the truck. He reprinted and redid the decals and literally after redoing them they are still crooked. (see photos) He completely refused to do them a third time to make them straight so I am now forced to go to their competitor to have them done right.

I tried to accept them and at first tried to convince myself that, “it’s not that bad, you can barely notice, it looks good enough” but after washing the truck, looking closer everyday and using it in promotional company materials, we can clearly see the imperfections even from a distance so I just can’t accept the end results and the work does unfortunately need to be redone again.

The prices were good and the service was friendly but after not owning up to the crooked decals, I just can’t continue using this shop.

I hate to bad mouth a business and post this type of review but it is simply my honest experience with this shop that I feel should be shared publicly to potentially help others.

Ive been waiting for over a month for a response from this company in regards to some vinyl i needed cut. When i contacted them to ask what was going on they said they would look into it and i still havent heard from them.

Great work, easy to work with, quick responses to all communications, and when they had a situation that delayed our installation, they went over and above to ensure the sign was installed first thing the following morning.
