Terrible customer service from the owner of the business! I was having window film removed from residential windows and the employee who completed half the work did a wonderful job. When I questioned a charge that I was not aware of and the scheduling of the work over two visits to Darlene (owner), she felt I was criticizing the company, the installers performance and the quality of the work. That was not the case and I agreed to pay the charge because I wanted the work completed, but Darlene suggested I might be happier if I found someone else to finish the job. I did not find her response very professional, she was very hard to contact and seemed to have a different view of what we had discussed. I was sorry the installer was not able to finish the job because she was excellent.

Updated: We are incredibly pleased with the work we did receive from Darlene and her staff. We were also very grateful for Performance partnering with a new non-profit to help us grow as that showed incredible corporate social responsibility.

Where things have gone wrong is the inability to get in contact in any way for over 2 months now. Unfortunately that will likely result in finding a new provider. We very much regret having to look elsewhere as Performance really does do great work.

Got my helmet hydro dipped by the fine folks at performance, and I had an excellent experience dealing with them. It took a bit longer than anticipated but that’s only because they strive for perfection and I have no issues waiting for something like that. I definitely recommend them for any type of custom work you are looking for!

The owner and staff were very professional and so kind! My work turned out phenomenal and couldn’t have asked for a better crew to get it done. I can assure you these people are great to work with and will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Highly recommended!

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE. After dealing with this place for the first time they were great , reasonable pricing and very helpful. Went back for a second time and they called saying it was now 3x more for the same thing I had done before. After discussing price and how I didn't understand how that works as well as getting them to look at the old invoice the older lady of the company (mom and daughter ran-daughter is present. The mom is very rude) got frustrated and started being rude. I told her it's insane how she boosted it like that. Initially I paid a 20 dollar fee to have the logo done up I asked if I could receive that on email since she was being unreasonable. At this point she decided to get angry and say "so you can take your business elsewhere?" Then no chance for me to speak . She hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Of course I'd take my business elsewhere- you're overpriced, arrogant, and disrespectful. I would not suggest using this business.

I had a shotgun to be hydro painting in this place and previously I talked to Darlene about the color, pattern and all the process. They took my shotgun and kept for more than two weeks and did nothing. So the day when I supposed to picked up my shotgun I called them to make sure that someone be in the shop Darlene told me that they can't find my pattern, I said ok let's do the different one that what you have in a stock and I asked her to email me the patterns she said yes of course I will email you and unfortunately it's never happened for some reason. Next days I tried to call her she just putted me on answer machine never answered the calls. Finally she answered my email and I took away my shotgun and went to different places and way way cheaper. What a wasting of time. Definitely would Not recommend this place. Lots of places doing this job in town and way way cheaper. Do Not Recommend.
