I can't praise Phonephix enough! After a very minor coffee spill (less than an ounce) on my brand-new MacBook, I took it to Apple, where I was told repairs would cost $3,000 and rather to just purchase a new laptop. I was devastated. I then brought it to Phonephix, and Bryce and his team went above and beyond. They cleaned up the inside, replaced a few parts, and it cost just $300. My laptop is as good as new! They saved me thousands and proved to be incredibly honest, hardworking, and skilled. I am SO grateful for this fantastic business! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in the future!

Went in cause my charging port wasn't working (it was just dirty of course lol) super fun and charismatic staff, cleaned it out for free and made sure it was charging properly. Kudos, will definitely come back for all my tech issues.

Excellent immediate service. Thank you sincerely Cody. After suffering for 9 months with having to restart both of our 2 brand new Pixel 8 phones numerous (20 or more) times per day (just to read some Google news or shop on Amazon, nothing too difficult), my husband and I went to Phone Phix in Okotoks and in 30 seconds Cody had my phone fixed and proceeded to fix my husband's phone immediately also. Over the past several months, we had questioned numerous friends with more experience in cell usage about our problem, searched numerous websites for problem solving ideas and solutions, asked for help on the phone and nothing, no ideas, no help. Cody immediately noticed we had VPN on our phones turned on, and he clicked it off..... INSTANT fix. I am so happy we can use our new phones properly. I can actually look at stuff online without restarting my phone (which may only have lasted a few minutes and then needed to be done again). Thank you sincerely!! My daughter and I popped into Phonephix today. Only needing a simple piece to a phone my daughter had upgraded to. Bryce was very helpful and kind and we were luckily he had this piece. it was a simple quick fix which he did himself when he could easily have handed it over to me and sent us on our way.
Great service and this was not my first time coming into his shop. He has set up both my children’s phones with plans we found extremely reasonably priced.

Bryce was amazing. I was having issues with the ear speaker and when in explained to him what the problem was and he got right to it and had it fixed in no time flat.
