Wow amazing pizza! I gave up on pizza Hut a long time ago but while on vacation I ordered the triple box because we wanted something cheap. It was unbelievable how good it was just awesome crispy peperoni and cheese was loaded. I hope this is a change for the better from the company but either way this location killed it and deserves praise for bringing me back to pizza Hut as a customer.

We had a little mix up on the type of sauce tonight and management here were great and handled everything with care not only did they fix everything fast and without hesitation but delivered with a smile and kind words i will be back again and again and again such great customer service

We just ordered a pizza for delivery, we were told it would be 45 minutes. They called once to tell us they were out of mushrooms and ask if we’d like to make a substitute. 30 minutes later they called and told us that they did have mushrooms after all but hadn’t started our pizza yet. Over another hour went by and no one had showed up yet. When we called to ask how much longer we were put on hold for quite a few minutes before being told that they still had not started the pizza. At this point it had been 2 hours from when we originally ordered and were told 45 minutes. When we cancelled our order they seemed surprised. Not good customer service at all.

Was really disappointed with the fact that placed an online order and it was still early enough that you guys could have made it could have called us if the since Uber no showed delivery and when we came there at midnight because nothing was said or called or canceled you as a fellow just looked at us and said it was canceled even though you never once canceled it never called us never even communicated with us and then we ended up having starving kids and family visiting so thanks a lot for making sure that our night was a little less enjoyed and probably won't be using your service or recommending it for a little while

I don't normally give restaurants bad reviews but this was ridiculous. We just drove 15 hours get to the hotel ask pizza hut to deliver. I get told it'll be 40 minutes.. that's fine , then I get a call back asking if I could just come pick it up it would be faster. I told them no sorry I'm tired been on the road for 15 hours. I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I wanted to pick it up. So they agree to drop it off. I ordered half cheese half supreme pizza to share with my daughter and literally it was all supreme but one slice that still had vegetables on it. I called to talk to them about it and the woman argued with me about how I was wrong. you can clearly see it was not half and half and definitely not worth 35$ for a medium . Bad customer service. Will not order from them again

The driver was great. Delivery was fast. But the bbq chicken we ordered only had 6pcs so it basically was a cheese pizza. The super supreme also had less toppings and same with the meat lovers. All 3 had skimpflation. Unless this pizzahut in quesnel goes back to loading their pizzas. I will not order from them again

We stopped here for a pizza recently. The service was excellent and the food was really good and hot. The only complaint was that the window counter where we ate was very dirty. Looked like there was resident from the kitchen. Nothing can't couldn't be fixed with a good wipe. Staff were excellent.

Delivered Food that was warm not even hot well into the danger zone for foodsafe. Called got left on hold for 21min then got hung up on. Called back manager told the person on the line they call back. Never did never got food that night and never got a refund. Will be reporting this store to Northern Health for delivery possible bad to eat food
