I've been working with Monika at PlanetCom for over four months with great results. Their team responds to all our computer issues quickly and efficiently. No task is too little or too big. Onsite or remote assistance is there when we need it. From obtaining and setting up our computers, maintaining our emails and software setups, to assistance with some cell phone setups to office accounts, as well recommending and installing our server firewall. Our IT is in good hands thanks to the staff at PlanetCom, and we appreciate you "putting up with us" and our constant requests.

Dealing with Barry who was very helpful, explaining what PlanetCom could check to see if the laptop was worth spending money for the repair.
