I am so appreciative of Simon and his team. I lost my vehicle and mobile home to a fire. I needed a total rebuild. Unfortunately I went with a different company(Best Buy Homes) ...did not know if I could have used anybody. Anyway I was in a way left out in the cold. They made me get my own permits and try to figure things out without mu h help. I had someone refer Simon. I am so thankful for this man and his team. I finally after 8 months was able to move into my home with this team working very hard and quick to get me into my home. Simon is very quick to answer any of my questions and to get me the help I need to accomplish my move. If it were not for their help I probably would still be fighting with the other company. I definitely recommend this crew to anyone and have been already. I know I still have work to be done and that I can count on them to complete it.

I would give zero stars if I could. My house was poorly built with the cheapest products on the market. They did not install a proper subfloor so I had nail heads coming through the floor. My house was not wired or plumbed to code and they installed a cheap piece of crap furnace that I had to replace after 11 years. They didn’t install a proper attic hatch so I’m losing tons of heat through my ceiling and the insulation is starting to mould. For the last 9 years I’ve had icicles building up under my siding because they did not seal the roof properly after they installed it. Simon refuses to fix it or acknowledge the problem is caused by the builder. They should change their name to Unpleasant Homes. Stay away from this company.

Based on a reference, I stopped in a spoke to Simon about replacing the PolyB lines in our mobile home. I initially was looking for someone to take care of the insulation portion but he said they could take care of the plumbing as well, that was great news. To sum it up, I scheduled the replacement and the trades came out on time and did an outstanding job. They were polite, respectful and very efficient. We also had them replace all of the old water valves, installed some new ones and addressed any of our concerns. Our thanks to everyone for a job well done at a reasonable cost.

I am very impressed with this company. About a year ago, I hired their plumbing service to replace the waterlines in my manufactured home. The service was done efficiently and reasonably priced. I was impressed with professionalism of the staff.
During a recent cold spell my waterline to the front bathroom froze. I called the plumbing service and they came and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, friendly and under warranty which was a surprise to me. Definitely call them again. An honest and fair company.

We had high hopes and expectations when we saw this company had such high reviews. The reason we are taking away stars is because we did not experience good communication, their technicians didn’t complete work, and there was Miscommunication that maybe lead to other issues. We had plenty of back and forth emails that were along the lines of the work, however the emails did not always address the questions we asked and didn’t explain the process start to finish leaving us often confused resulting in more emails and questions.

We explained our situation (we moved a home to a lot, and we were referred to this company to get it set up and hooked up etc) and told them we have never this before and would really appreciate if they could help guide us (let us know what we are missing, what we should or shouldn’t do, how else we can utilize them to the fullest etc etc). Instead we got minimal communication and lack of information. We were not told of things that we could or should or need to do (even if it was something that needed attention now, or later). They asked us if we got permits for things and didn’t explain what they were asking for or meant.

We are happy that things were done to a satisfactory level and done so quickly. We just wish it was a more pleasant experience.
