I had a horrendous experience with this PNH printing solutions. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with them via phone calls and emails they never return any of my messages. From the moment I addressed a quality issue we were literally ghosted. It took over 3 months of trying to escalate it from my original sales person Carrie Kelton, who would just ignore our concerns by just saying we are looking into it, to eventually addressing the issues with Francois Hudon who is the President and Managing Director who treated us even worse.

Literally 6 months later, they arrange to pickup the items (accepting the fact that the product were defective) and yet know refund, no response, nothing since November.

Francois exact words :

This is a generous offer since it is clearly a warranty issue.
The refund will be issued once we are in possession of the 10 units.

Well it’s now March! Once again, no refund, no response nothing.

It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that completely disregards its customers.Not only did they fail to meet their basic responsibility of communication, but caused such unnecessary inconvenience for us.

It's astonishing how they can operate with such blatant disregard for customer service. At this point, just say you are not going to do anything, but at least respond back!

Save yourself the headache and find a printing company that
actually values its customers and respects their time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Loved working with them!

Placed a big order with them couple days ago and the process was hands down one of the best. Their customer service was top notch, making sure they provided the solutions needed for a successful print job.

I was working with Claudia and she was oh so nice and helpful with everything. Made the conversation really fun and kept in touch with me through email and over the phone.

The print work came out excellent! it actually blew my mind of how nice it looked.

Thanks again PNH, will work with you again in the future!
