Great to work with, very punctual, and same day email replies which is rare.
I Upgraded my panel with PNL and some other additional light work and the job was done professionally and in the timeframe they said it will. the team was very polite and careful about the fact that we live in the house. thank you for the great work done.

We recently had a technician, Sugam, from PNL at our house to install Eastlink. I am extremely impressed with how he handled the entire install. He efficiently ran wires outside the house and through the ceiling, making what seemed like a complicated installation look effortless and explained everything. What really stood out was how patiently he explained the features of the controller to my father, addressing all his concerns. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I’m very satisfied with the service provided.

I recently had a difficult technical issue with accessing an important banking app through my home internet and was having no luck having it resolved through Bell Aliant or the bank. It seemed nobody would/could help. I took a chance and called PNL. That is when I met a highly skilled technician and communicator named Aman. He was at my home that very afternoon, ready to take on the task. I found Aman to be kind, respectful, and patient while I was explaining my situation. His communication skills are top notch. This skilled technician went above, beyond, and then some to fix my unusual issue, and was able to have it resolved in a couple of days, thanks to his tenacity and great networking skills with contacts. Once the matter was fixed, he called back later in the day to make sure everything was working as it should. I would definitely recommend Aman and PNL. Thank you so much!

I had EXCELLENT customer service experience with Aman who assisted our home with the most efficient and amazing fixes to resolve some issues with internet service.
I would hire him in a second for future work.
Also I firmly believe and wish that he gets a nice pay raise which is more proof of his excellence.
I shall continue to tell the story of Aman’s excellent service to others as I am very impressed.
