My wife and I planned a destination wedding in Whistler, BC, in February 2023. After a bit of searching online, we elected to hire Carlee for her Day-Of-Coordinator services, since we already had most of the details of our wedding sorted out but really needed a coordinator to tie everything together and make it all flow together on the big day. She was on top of everything from start to finish! After our hand-off Zoom meeting ~3 weeks prior to our wedding, she routinely checked in to see if any changes needed to be made, she walked us through the timeline nearly down to the minute, and she liaised with all of our vendors on the finer details. In spite of how stressful you might think planning a destination wedding is, Carlee really impressed us with the way she put our minds at ease; we never once had any doubt that she was tracking on every detail. Furthermore, she put together such a stunning ceremony area and reception venue--she turned our vision into a reality. I was also very pleased with the way that she very neatly organized and packed up all of our decor post tear-down (really satisfied the OCD side of me). Although Carlee had never planned a wedding on the Sunshine Coast before, she made it look like she had worked over here a hundred times before and we would have crumbled under the details of our planning without her. My now husband even asked me at one point - why didn’t we have Carlee plan this whole thing? Ha! When our venue required a Day-Of Coordinator, we met with a few different businesses before talking to Carlee. We instantly knew she was the right fit for our small, relaxed, cozy winter wedding in Whistler. Not only did she make the day of incredibly stress-free and managed to balance the herd-of-cats that is my family with the military organization of my husband's family so that everyone was able to just enjoy their day and know that everything was covered, she also took my vague idea of a "frosty winter forest" idea and my crate of borrowed assorted candles and votives and put together an absolutely stunning rooftop ceremony and s'more space and cozy family dinner.

I can not hype her up enough - if you are getting married in the Whistler/Shuswap area, do yourself a favour and hire Carlee!

Carlee exceeded all expectations. I like to consider myself expert level organized and a total planner, but I would have been lost without Carlee's calm demeanor, knowledge of the sea to sky landscape and vendors, and passion for what she does. We always felt as if we were her only clients because of the time and detail of her replies. We went with the 'Day of Plus' package so she was with us via email and a site visit for the year leading up, then took over all of our final confirmations and planning a month out. This service was truly priceless. The day of our wedding the weather was a bit crazy and she kept me calm and talked with the venue to hold off setting up our rain plan until the last possible moment. Everything worked out beautifully - all thanks to Carlee. Her and her team even made a trip to McDonalds to pick up orders for 150 people at the end of the night! Then continued to tear down and pack everything up with organization and love. I could go on and on about all of the moments she made special for us that wouldn't have been possible without her. Carlee, we were abundantly grateful to have you help plan and execute the best day (and year leading up!) of our lives.
