Exceptional service is what drives exceptional experiences. Pourhouse Bar and Grill offers a classic spin on what is means to be the neighborhood pub. This pub draws a authentic local crowd and is a genuine representation of the best that the beautiful town of Cold Lake has to offer. The staff is friendly, the food service is amazing, and there is no short of friendly engaging conversations.

Really good food! (Got the taco Tuesday deal, it was amazing). I asked for the tiki drink without fireball and 2 shots of Malibu, amazingly done! Would 100% recommend for a nice place to socialize. Amazing atmosphere

What a great little hidden spot if you have never been !! Was a little loud and all but was Karaoke night and Halloween party!! Our server Abi i believe was on the slip did a wonderful job even in the chaos and jump in line customers as we were sat down.
. She was very attentive and super friendly!! Great service and beer was freezing cold!! Will be back!!!.

First night in Cold Lake we went here, atmosphere was good, food is good value, our server was friendly and prompt. However we were deeply disappointed the next evening when this other server couldn't wait to get us out of there. When trying to place our food order she literally started pulling the menu away from us. Then when I asked for a second drink after we were done our food, proceeded to say sure and I'll bring you your bill. Good food, but some of the staff should be reconsidered.

I used to love coming here but idk if there was a change in management or what but I’m pretty sure they changed the wings. They’re a lot smaller and the bones just break and fall apart and you end up chewing on bones. Bring the old wings back! The waitresses are always changing and there they don’t really seem to care about their job too much. Can you also fix your Jack Daniels lights please it’s so dark in there.

Great spot to have a beer, bite to eat and watch a game. The Poorhouse burger was really good. (1/2 price on Monday) The server was awesome and quick with the food and drinks.

So me and my wife have stayed at the dock side inn for 2 summers monday to Friday. We have had several great experiences at the poor house. Well..... our last experience will make me never go back .we Was treated like trash the server's took a hour per drink and the food was cold. We counted 10 paying customers there. Not impressed at all and I will tell everyone to go somewhere else up town 👎👎👎👎. And whoever replied to this review is very rude to be running a bar! You sound like you are in high school. And just for your information we me and my wife have come to that dive at least 25 times so have a little bit of respect. Get some real server's and dont be so defensive you are running a business you fool
