Extremely Dissatisfied with Service.
Unresponsive and Delayed Tax Return**
I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received. I have been trying to get in touch with the company regarding the status of my tax return, which I filed with them back in April, and I have yet to receive any response.

Despite sending multiple emails and calling their office numerous times, I have not received any replies to my messages or had my calls answered. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the importance and timeliness of tax-related matters.

I trusted the company to handle my tax return, and the fact that it is now September overdue without any explanation or update is unacceptable. I expect prompt communication and resolution, but your lack of responsiveness has caused me significant inconvenience and concern.

I was recommended this company by another tax accountant. They mentioned they were having a hard time getting in touch with them so I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered right away. They quoted me a great price and I was happy to proceed. After connecting by email, I was sent a registration link from a lady with the initials PB from an email address ending in premierbcg.ca. I clicked the link and provided basic information plus SIN. That was a few weeks ago and I haven't received any follow up. I'm anxious because I was requested personal information with no follow up. I wouldn't risk it with this place. I question the authenticity of every positive review they have.

WORST PLACE TO DO A TAX RETURN!!!Terrible customer service, completely screwed up my tax return and said they would fix it. They never fixed it, so I tried contacting Ryan to get ahold of him and now he has been deliberately ignoring my calls… I did my taxes in March, I have not heard back from them since. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the services received by Premier Business Consulting. We have never had an issue with our tax returns. In fact they went above and beyond to let us know about tax deductions we were eligible for. We were so happy with their services that we referred my grandmother for her taxes as well. They were able to recommend she apply for GIS as she is living on just a pension. Happy to say she was approved and that extra income has made a real difference for her.
