I have had several opportunities to work with Primetime, and most have been very positive experiences with quick response times, thoughtful considerations into design requests, and easy delivery experiences.

This year, I had an urgent order for a very custom and specific product. Although I looked around at other vendors who might be better suited for the task in Kingston or in the area, none of the other businesses could meet the timing that the product was required by. When I pinged Primetime with the request, the President, Andrew Haydon, responded shortly and helped me with planning how they could make this order work. Their design team did an excellent job at continuously responding to my tediously detailed feedback and produced a beautiful and very fitting design for my needs. Andrew was very timely and great with keeping me updated with how they were DIYing the requested product.

I was extremely pleased with the end product, but more so with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Thank you for helping bring important design ideas to life.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Was my first time organizing a clothing bulk order over 130 for my schools Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Department, Spencer DeRose and his team did a FANTASTIC JOB. The embroidery and clothing came out amazing and at a very fair price. Everyone is thrilled to be wearing the products.

I also had a personal jacket embroidered by the company, it was a lot of embroidery to ask for, but Primetime Customs was able to do it in such a short time frame!

Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do team/bulk personal clothing orders, won't be disappointed.

This is the greatest place to get your jersey custom. I mean the quality is 100/10, service is 100/10, price is 100/10, I mean I got no complaints.
