Kimia is amazing with designs—she really listens, adds her own creative touch, and makes everything look even better than expected. Extremely disappointed with both the service and, more importantly, the lack of professionalism.

You were given one small change to make—that didn’t give you permission to alter anything else. I acknowledged the specific change I requested, nothing more.

As for your so-called resolution, offering a $5 discount on a $25 sticker to fix your own mistake is completely unacceptable. We both know this was your error, and instead of owning it professionally, you're trying to argue and take advantage of your customer.

It is horrible quality and worth customer service I paid for each sign $70 and after one month all pictures and all sign is not useable and they should tell everyone our sign is one time use
