This a wonderful store. They an excellent selection of clothing and caps. They even sell sports team caps, beanies and t-shirts. The staff are very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I accidentally purchased something too small and had to exchange it. The store manager, Carol, assisted me with this. She was friendly, professional and efficient. This was just before Christmas when the store is very busy. All the staff are pleasant to speak to and know the stock available. I’ll definitely be shopping there in the future.

I was treated very poorly at this location.I purchased a t shirt for my grandson and the tag clearly read 29:00. I took it to the cash and the total was 39.10 and I paid for it with my debit card.After paying for it I realized that was too much money for the shirt since the sales tax wouldn’t add up to over 10.00. I told the clerk that it was wrong.Actually there was 2 clerks there and both of them said that the item must have went up in price and there was nothing they could do about it.I told them that whatever price was on the tag should be the price that I should pay.Thats the way it is everywhere else.They said there was nothing they could do for me only give me a refund.At that point another clerk came back from break and I think she was a manager.They told her the problem and she said give her a refund.Nobody even tried to accommodate me,the customer.I told them I would never shop at that store and they had lost a customer.All they said was that’s ok I’m sorry,In my opinion this is just not good enough and I am totally disgusted with the way I was treated. I am talking about the Pseudio store at the Random Mall in Clarenville.My transaction number was 106141237. I would like to add if you treat customers in your store like this you won’t have any customers at all.I will never shop at that store again. Yours Truly. Jennie Chaulk

Store has many different things to offer can be expensive if not on sale but when on sale things go so cheap definitely with checking out both every store has the same sales as well
