I would strongly not recommend this salon for long hair, if you want a specific cut or color and if you want a gentle experience on the scalp.
3 of the stylist ended up working on my hair (including the owner); I wouldn’t recommend anyone of them. I used to work at a hairstylist. I was drawn to the use of the organic color line, which they don’t full understand all of their line.
I left after 11 hours of service in two sittings, where I still had to color correct and cut my hair myself afterward. Only wanted additional foils to my money piece, a 2inch trim and a rose gold toner on my highlights. My natural hair outside the foils was colored with a permanent color which lighted it to a brassy light brown (instead of my very ashy light brown hair), and I was extremely disappointed in that. And the rose gold looked very peachy. She cut off 3 inches as well.
Lighting is also so bad in there, you don’t really know what color you got until you look at it outside of there. As well, they styled my hair so badly; first time I had tight curls that bounced my hair up another 3 inches (wanted loose waves). Second time it was diffused into a fizzy mess; like what, I was so confused. After the third application of color I said I will style my hair myself and did so there. They were understanding with the experience I endured with them thus far.
I strongly do not recommend.

I had the pleasure of booking by a manicure with Cassidy. Such a gem. Very gentle and took all the things I wanted into consideration. Absolutely love my nails and received so many compliments on them! I love the natural options available as well. Love love love. Will be back. I work with my hands and the nails have held up over 2 weeks now

My partner and I both cut our hair there and we had the best experience! They are so kind and considerate and both Svitlana and Mariam have amazing attention to detail and are highly professional. The atmosphere is lovely and calming which is important to me. We now only go to Pure hair!
