Friendly staff and comfortable bus, pricing is ok, but for the simplest possible trip that they do dozens of times every day, with nothing extraordinary on our short drive from Banff to Lake Louise, we were told it would be about 45 minutes, it took 100 minutes from stated departure time to getting off bus which of we had known we might have made different plans. Make sure your staff gives a realistic time estimate.

Brewster’s Pursuit Banff is the best bus company around. We chartered a bus for our destination wedding to show our guests the beautiful Icefields Parkway and Glacier Walk. Pursuit planned it all for us. Bob, our bus driver, was full of local knowledge and kept us engaged the entire day. He made sure to drop us off so we didn’t have long walks and could fit in more stops. What a day!

I wish I had more stars to provide . I booked the Rockies package and I was Staying for 5 days . Due to various reason I have changed my ticket timing multiple time and every time I needed , team was there and they did the best what they could . If you need to cover Rockies with better savings . You should get this pass .

If you're Canadian and you don't want our national treasures being bought out by the Yanks, then don't spend your money here and inform your MP to stop this ridiculous nonsense from continuing in our National Parks!!!

This place wasted at least 2 hours of our precious vacation time. We purchased a pursuit pass online and chose the option to book our times later. The website and email we received said you could go online and modify the tickets at any time. While the link didn't work and I could not modify the tickets, I tried on 3 separate devices. I tried calling and waited on hold several times only for the hold line to disconnect (just what I want to do on vacation is wait on hold to be hung up on). We ended up driving to the building and they were able to help us there. But I shouldn't have had to go out of the way to park in downtown Banff and walk to the building to modify the tickets. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.

I wish we had an option to give zero star then I would. Extremely unprofessional.

We had paid for a reservation of the lake Maligne cruise on 05.31.2024 at 5.15pm which my family and I had planned. We had people traveling from different parts of the world and we were all super excited but they cancelled the booking without any notification. We drove all the way to the lake and the person at the counter apologized and told us that she can't do anything but her manager will email us but no one from her team has emailed us yet. Totally unprofessional. Our vacation is ruined because we were all super excited for the Maligne lake tour. We understand somethings are not in their control but not sending a notice to someone who has paid for the service and not having the courtesy to email even though we drove there for no reason is unacceptable, unprofessional and bad bad customer service.

I certainly expect an explanation and a full refund. Looking forward to speaking to someone in authority to talk about this issue.

All the staff are friendly and professional only horrible experience from one of their staffs named Taz at the down base station checking tickets. We think she is a racist. Our down base time was at 2：10pm and we arrived the station at 1：50pm. She told us it was too early, we had to wait or changed the time. But another group of people behind us had exactly same time which she let them passed. That's been said only foreigner visitors have to follow the rules. And local visitors get priority. And we had witness several time she was doing things like this just in 20 mins waiting. I don’t want this happen to other non-local people again. This can not be ignored at all!!

The customer service is not how it should be for a tourist place. They don’t have clear information about shuttle service online as well as at their service counter. We waited for an one hour at pick up point without any status. We also missed our scheduled Banff gondola ride because shuttle driver didn’t know the route. The service providers at the Gondola centre accommodated us to the next available tour.
Overall, it’s good for pre booking your tours but not for 24hrs or less.
